Owners Privileges

We want future homeowners to fully enjoy the exciting journey of building their dream homes with our trusted and preferred builders. Once your home is complete, you’ll have the flexibility to either relish it exclusively for personal use or join the resort’s rental pool, providing an opportunity to generate income.

To support you in your ownership journey, the resort and the Homeowners Association offer tailored property management packages. These range from periodic house checks and basic maintenance services to comprehensive full-service management, including rental handling.

As a homeowner, you’ll enjoy access to the Owners’ Clubhouse which is included as part of your monthly maintenance fees. Additionally, you may opt into an annual membership program to unlock the full range of resort amenities, including access to the exclusive Beach Club.

Future owners are first and foremost supposed to enjoy their experience of building their dream homes with our preferred builders.

Once your house is built you will have the choice to enjoy your house exclusively or to participate in the resort rental pool and to generate revenues. The resort and the Homeowners association have created property management packages to assist owners in their ownership, from checking your house periodically, to providing some maintenance services, to a full management including rentals.

Owners will access the Owners club house as part of their monthly maintenance. Owners can also decide to enter a yearly membership program to be able to take advantage of the full extent of what the resort has to offer including the beach club.
